We're confident that nothing will go wrong with your Bababing product, but if it does, we're here to help make it right for you.

Our warranty covers 6 months on changing bags, bouncers, swings and rockers, and 2 years on the Raffi Travel System products. Just ensure you've registered here within 14 days.

At Bababing, we aim to make the repairs service really simple and stress-free.

• Simply contact us via email at info@bababing.com and provide a brief description of the problem and attach any images and/or videos in order to assist our service team.
• We'll immediately contact you to advise on how you can either simply repair the issue at home or, if necessary, arrange a free pickup and return collection within 24 Hours at a location of your choice. Please ensure somebody is present for collection and return as our courier partner will not pickup/return for items left unattended.
• As soon as we receive your pushchair, we will immediately book it in for repair and will have it back to you within 72 hours.
• Should your pushchair require further repair beyond the 72 hours, we will supply free of charge a loan pushchair so that you can continue to stroll with your little one in style with minimal disruption.

Should the repair fall out of warranty, we'll immediately contact you to advise on any cost prior to repair.
