How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take 2-3 working days depending on time of the order. Orders received by 2pm (business day) will be despatched same day. UK standard shipping is free on all orders over £40.

How do I use the pushchair straps?

All bababing changing bags come with FREE pushchair straps.  The straps replace the traditional velcro straps which over time can become entrapped with debris which as a result renders them unusable.  

The straps work by simply passing through the metal buckle through the 'loop' on the pushchair strap and then simply pulling down for attachment.

What is the Warranty period of BabaBing Products?

The warranty period for all of our baby bouncers, rockers and changing bags is 6 months as standard.  The Raffi Travel System has a 2 year warranty period which is industry standard.

(Proof of purchase will be required).

Which car seats can I use with the Raffi Travel System?

I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

Purchases can be returned within the 14 day purchase period.  Should the purchase be not to your liking, a replacement can be made or a full refund can be given.  Ensure ALL the packaging is intact prior to return.  BabaBing offer a FREE delivery on all orders, however we do not offer a free returns service.

As soon as we receive the returned item and that the product is still in it's packaging state, a replacement if required or full refund will be given.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are made on the sameday we receive the return.  Usually refunds are processed within 2-3 days depending on the bank used by the purchaser.

Can I exchange my order for another item?

Yes, an exchange can be given without any problem.  The original product must be returned at the cost of the purchaser and the product must be in it's full packaging entirety.  BabaBing will exchange and despatch the item at our postage cost.

I am returning an item purchased with a gift card, How does that work?

An item purchased with a gift card can be returned, however only a replacement/exchange can be given based on our current product range and to the value of the gift card purchased.

Do you do back orders?

Yes, should an item be 'out of stock', the item in question automatically becomes a 'back order' purchase.  This means a member of the BabaBing team will contact you in order to advise a date when the item will be returning to stock, as well as a despatch date for you.

How can I write a review on the product purchase?

Product reviews can be supplied using our designated third party provider (Feefo).  As soon as a purchase is made, Feefo will automatically send an email to the purchaser in which a product review can be made! (Hopefully a good one!).  Should you not be happy with the product or service during your purchase experience at BabaBing then please contact us as we take great pride in our superb customer support service, and therefore we always strive for happy customers!

How do I unsubscribe to any of your mailing lists?

You can unsubscribe to any of our mailing lists by simply following the 'unsubscribe' link on the mail you may receive.  You will then not be contacted in any future promotions, savings and/or discounts that maybe provided by BabaBing.

How do I use my Gift card?

You will be automatically sent an email with a generic personal code which you will use when purchasing products from our BabaBing website.  This code would then be inputted into the discount code box within the checkout are of the website.

My email address has changed. How do I update my email address in my account?

Your personal details can be changed in your account by simply logging into your account and changing these details accordingly. Ensure you save the details before logging off.

The item I require is out of stock. What do I do?

If an item is out of stock, the website will allow you to order the item as a back order.  From there, one of our team members will contact you to advise when the item will be back in stock.  

How do I clean my changing bag?

It is advised to clean your changing bag with the use of a soft damp cloth using a neutral detergent.  Gently rub the area is small circular motions until any staining has been removed.  Do NOT machine wash and/or tumble dry the product as this would damage the product.  Please contact a member of the BabaBing team via email or telephone is further assistance is required regarding cleaning your changing bag.

How do I clean my bouncer/rocker?

The BabaBing range of bouncers and rockers can be cleaned using a soft damp cloth using a neutral detergent.  Should the product come with a detachable seatpad, then this can be machined wash at a 30 degrees wash cycle.  Do NOT tumble dry the seatpad as this will damage the seatpad.  Leave to dry naturally which will take approximately 1 day in a warm environment.

Do we accept international recognised credit cards?

We accept leading credit/debit cards such as; Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  We also accept payments through paypal and paypal express.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

Orders are despatched the same-day before 2pm business day using either a 24 or 48 hour delivery Royal Mail tracking service.  Delays are very rare, however they can occur due to Royal Mail backlog and/or bank holidays.
