Nagyon ritka esetekben problémák merülhetnek fel a termék integritásával kapcsolatban, ezért szigorú eljárásokat alkalmazunk, hogy minden ügyfelünkkel kommunikálhassunk, amennyiben termékvisszahívásra és/vagy biztonsági értesítésre kerül sor, hogy termékét a lehető legkevesebb stressz és felhajtás mellett visszahívhassuk vagy megjavíthassuk.

We have identified an issue whereby the 4 x screws holding the seat unit to the base module may become loose resulting in the seat to potentially dis-assemble from the base module.
The issue does not apply to all highchairs based on this batch number and product sold date, however it is important to contact our customer service department on 01535 606871 or info@bababing.com so that we can provide further support and provide a repair kit should this be required. We are currently working with our local authority with regards to this safety notice.
The relevant Batch Number can be located on the seat pad care label under the wording starting with BQ.
