GENERAL

 All orders are accepted by BabaBing! Limited are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

PRICES

To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be submitted via this website or by telephone.

All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place if the selected product is not available, however you will be informed in advance via email.

 DELIVERY

The purchase contract is formed when the order has been dispatched by the company. BabaBing Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch and a full refund will be provided at that time.

 *BabaBing Ltd offer free business day delivery if any order is with us by 2.00pm the day before. BabaBing strive on great customer service and we'll do our best to get your item(s) to you within 48 hours.

 Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or DPD service, which will be Royal Mail Standard Delivery 2-3 day service. Also included in this service are the Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Channel Islands, Europe and the rest of the World are by Royal Mail, DPD or FedEX. In most cases this is a 10 day delivery service.

 Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.

 OVERSEAS ORDERS

BabaBing! Limited are NOT held responsible for any taxes and/or Duties when shipping products to overseas countries where such taxes/duties are applicable.

 PAYMENT

Payment can be made by a valid credit or debt card and is cleared online with Shopify Payments using a secure server. Payment can also be made via PayPal.

 We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

 RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with every BabaBing! product. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items ONLY if they are unopened and in their original condition so that the item(s) can go back on resale once returned and received. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of purchase date, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Should the Raffi Travel System require a refund, a small uplift and re-boxing charge will be deducted on refund.  The refund will also be made on the proviso that existing packaging materials are also still present and that the Raffi Travel System has NOT been used.

Please Note: Any returned item(s) from a Special Offers/Bundled purchase will ONLY be refunded to the full amount - (minus) the discount obtained when taking advantage of the Special Offers/Bundled discount.

 DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us. BabaBing! has the right to request any defective items to be returned at the company's expense for review and repair under the 6 month warranty period. Should the item be un-repairable, BabaBing! has the right to replace the item free of charge. This does not effect your statutory rights.

 RETURNS - DELIVERY CHARGES

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, please contact Bababing directly for the next steps for return, otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/color a further postage and package charge will be made.

 RETURNING AN ITEM

 Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLING AN ITEM

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please phone one of our sales team. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes will NOT be applied for those products already in Sale.  Bababing Ltd has the right to determine the use of discount codes and when they can be applied.

Discount codes CANNOT be applied for 'Bundle' items as these items have already been discounted in the first instance.
